Amberly Curfman is the Operations & Compliance Manager for Realty ONE Group Prestige, supporting agents across both Oregon and Washington. She also serves as the Washington Designated Broker and is a licensed Principal Broker in Oregon, playing a key leadership role in the brokerage's operations, compliance, training, and overall agent support.
With extensive experience in brokerage operations and compliance, Amberly works closely with agents and leadership on contracts, brokerage procedures, compliance standards, and operational guidance. Known for her approachable personality and hands-on leadership style, she is passionate about creating structure, consistency, and support systems that help agents feel informed, protected, and confident as they grow their business. Her knowledge of brokerage procedures, compliance standards, and day-to-day operations has made her a trusted resource and leader within the company.
Outside of work, Amberly enjoys spending time with her family, being a mom, and finding balance between the busy world of real estate and everyday life.
